This Privacy Policy explains how Trash Tasker LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through trashtasker.com and related Trash Tasker services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, property type, preferred date, item descriptions, uploaded photos, account information, payment-related information, support messages, and information about requests, jobs, calls, and communications.

2. How we use information

We use information to prepare estimates, review and manage leads, schedule pickups, provide customer support, send payment links and service updates, coordinate employees and contractors, process payments, improve operations, prevent misuse, and meet legal and business obligations.

3. Photos, AI review, and estimates

Photos and descriptions submitted through the Fast Photo Quote form may be reviewed by Trash Tasker staff and an AI estimator to identify items, estimate volume, evaluate access conditions, and prepare a draft estimate. AI results are reviewed and may be changed by Trash Tasker before an estimate is approved. Photos are not a guarantee of price, acceptance, or service availability.

4. SMS and MMS consent

End users opt in by visiting https://trashtasker.com/#quote and completing the Trash Tasker Fast Photo Quote form. The form includes a mobile phone field and a separate optional SMS/MMS consent checkbox. The checkbox may be pre-selected, and the customer may uncheck it before submitting.

By checking the box, the customer consents to receive SMS and MMS messages from Trash Tasker about quotes, scheduling, payment links, pickup reminders, driver updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Customers who leave the checkbox unchecked may still submit a quote request and are not enrolled in the SMS/MMS program. Consent records are stored with the quote request.

5. Phone calls and recordings

We may use phone calls to respond to quote requests, coordinate service, provide support, and manage employee or contractor operations. Calls may be logged and, where legally permitted and with any required notice or consent, recorded for quality, training, safety, documentation, and dispute resolution. You may ask about available call-recording practices when speaking with us.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with employees, independent contractors, drivers, service providers, payment processors, communications providers, hosting and storage providers, AI service providers, and professional advisers when needed to provide or protect Trash Tasker services. We do not sell SMS consent records.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, safety, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

You may decline SMS consent, reply STOP to opt out of SMS/MMS, reply HELP for assistance, or contact Trash Tasker to request access, correction, or deletion of information when applicable. Opting out of SMS does not prevent other necessary service communications through permitted channels.

9. Children and third-party links

Our services are intended for adults and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Our website may link to third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
