TRASH TASKER LLCTerms and Conditions Back to site

Effective August 9, 2026

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of Trash Tasker services, quote requests, estimates, scheduling, communications, employee and contractor operations, and related website features.

1. Services and estimates

Trash Tasker provides junk removal, bulk pickup, property support, estimates, scheduling, and related services. Online and AI-assisted estimates are drafts until reviewed and approved by Trash Tasker. Final pricing may change if the actual items, volume, weight, access, labor, disposal requirements, or site conditions differ from the information provided.

2. Customer submissions

You agree that information, descriptions, addresses, and photos you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to request service at the pickup location. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, or unrelated material.

3. Access, stairs, elevators, and special conditions

Customers must disclose stairs, elevators, long carries, restricted access, parking limits, heavy items, hazardous materials, and other conditions that may affect service. Applicable access or labor charges may be added to an estimate. Current configured pricing may include a $25 stairs charge and a $50 high-rise/elevator charge when those conditions apply; the approved estimate controls.

4. Pricing, deposits, and payments

Approved estimates may require a deposit or other payment amount stated in the estimate. Payment links, invoices, taxes, disposal charges, minimum charges, and other approved fees are due according to the estimate or invoice. A quote request is not a booked job until Trash Tasker confirms scheduling and any required payment or deposit.

5. Cancellations and changes

Pickup dates and arrival windows are subject to availability, weather, traffic, access, vehicle capacity, and operational conditions. Trash Tasker may reschedule or revise service when necessary. Cancellation, refund, and deposit treatment will follow the approved estimate, invoice, or written arrangement.

6. SMS and MMS Terms

End users opt in by visiting https://trashtasker.com/#quote and completing the Trash Tasker Fast Photo Quote form. The form includes a mobile phone number field and a separate optional SMS/MMS consent checkbox that may be pre-selected and can be unchecked before submitting.

By submitting the form with the box checked, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Trash Tasker about your quote, scheduling, payment links, pickup reminders, driver updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you leave the box unchecked, you may still submit a quote request and will not be enrolled in the SMS/MMS program. SMS consent records are stored with the quote request. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Phone calls

Trash Tasker, its employees, contractors, or service providers may call about quotes, scheduling, payments, pickup coordination, support, safety, and account matters using contact information provided by the customer or business. Calls may be logged and, where legally permitted with required notice or consent, recorded for quality, training, safety, documentation, and dispute resolution.

8. Employees and independent contractors

Employees and independent contractors must follow assigned job instructions, safety requirements, customer privacy expectations, vehicle and equipment rules, communication procedures, and applicable laws. Compensation, rates, reimbursements, payment timing, tax treatment, classification, and work scope are governed by the applicable employment documents, contractor agreement, work order, or written arrangement. These website terms do not create or change an employment relationship or guarantee a particular amount of work or pay.

9. Safety and prohibited materials

Trash Tasker may refuse items or locations that present unreasonable risk or are prohibited by law, disposal rules, equipment limits, or company policy. Customers and workers must not request or perform unsafe, unlawful, or deceptive work. Hazardous, explosive, biohazardous, illegal, or otherwise restricted materials require prior written approval, if service is available at all.

10. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through their accounts. Notify Trash Tasker promptly about unauthorized access or inaccurate account information.

11. Service communications and records

Trash Tasker may maintain records of quote requests, estimate views, approvals, forwarded copies, calls, SMS/MMS, emails, payments, job activity, photos, and support interactions to provide services, measure follow-up, protect customers and workers, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

12. Changes and termination

Trash Tasker may update services or these Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or end access to features or decline service when needed for safety, compliance, nonpayment, misuse, or operational reasons. The effective date above identifies the current version.

13. Legal review

These terms are a plain-language business draft and should be reviewed and approved by Trash Tasker's attorney for the jurisdictions where Trash Tasker operates, especially employee/contractor classification, payment terms, call recording, SMS/MMS compliance, refunds, and governing law.
